I don't know about you, but when I was a new parent and a smile would creep across my son's face, I didn't really care if it was gas. I knew I was getting a glimpse into something so sweet and so special; a preview to something I would probably have wait another month for! That's why, as a photographer and a mother, you're so excited if you can capture one of those smiles.  :)
