Lately I've been doing sunset sessions at Silver Sands State Park in Milford, CT (too many Ss!) At the "magic hour," about an hour before sunset, all of those harsh shadows disappear and the lighting is perfect. It doesn't hurt if your client has a stunning face and is a natural in front of the camera. She's my raffle winner as well; congratulations!

As I was going through the images to pick my favorites, I kept saying, "Oh my God look at her face. Oh look at this. Oh my goodness that face!" and so on. Ok so I was kind of talking to myself but the point is, this was her very first photo session. I was very impressed with her composure and ease.
